Simon Brooks is running for a seat on Petawawa Town Council. The long-time volunteer firefighter has proudly served the town for 20-years. Brooks is currently the Chief Fire Prevention Officer and many residents, businesses or schools have had him visit to inspect backyard fire pits, CO detectors, and smoke alarms. Brooks values communication and wants to hear from local residents.
If elected, Brooks says transparency is key.
Brooks would like to see new businesses come to support the recent housing developments in Petawawa.
