Forging Forward Counselling Services will be hosting another (Hybrid) DBT Skills Training Group For Adults being facilitated by members of our team. Together, the group facilitators and participants, will review four skills development modules over the course of 10 weeks:

Skills Development

✳️ Distress Tolerance

✳️ Emotional Regulation

✳️ Interpersonal Effectiveness

Starting: Tuesday, October 18th, 2022, to December 20th, 2022

Time: Tuesday Evenings from 6:00pm-8:00pm

Location: Pembroke Business Centre

224 Pembroke Street West

Landmarks: We are located across the street from the Heritage Hearing Centre and share a parking lot with Madameek Lebanese Restaurant.

Cost: $75.00 per session, per participant (total cost is 10 sessions for $750.00). Late-cancel or no-show fees will apply and participants will still receive their course materials.
