The Township of Laurentian Valley has cut a couple roads from the 2021 budget.
The $2.1-million in work will see roughly 8.75km of roads completed.
Forest Park Road, Southwind Drive, Rivercrest Drive, B-Line Road, Stafford 3rd Line, Schultz Road, Sawmill Road, Jim Sheedy Way and Heron Drive will all see work completed.
Bays End Drive, Bayview Drive and Thrasher Lane were removed from the budget this year.
Laurentian Valley did recently receive $146,000 in funding.
Council discussed the possibility of doing Bays End, Bayview Drive and Fern Road as they would see $10,000 to $15,000 in savings doing the projects at the same time.
Public Works Manager Mark Behm told council it would cost roughly between $140,000 to $150,000 for those three road projects.
Ultimately staff will look at the priority roads and bring a report back to council for further consideration.
The budget is expected to be passed at the December 15th meeting.
