Alex Armstrong – Head Coach of the Pembroke Lumber Kings
Alex Armstrong purchased the Pembroke Lumber Kings in the summer of 2019 from Dale McTavish. Like many Junior A owners, Armstrong has taken on the role of head coach and general manager of the club. After playing with the Brockville Braves of the Central Canada Hockey League, Armstrong moved into coaching following his playing career. He has coached the Trenton Sting and Smiths Falls Bears and had assistant coaching roles with the Hawkesbury Hawks, the Braves and the Royal Military College in Kingston.
