Mayor Jennifer Murphy will be working with an all-new council for the next four years.
The entire Bonnechere Valley council with the exception of the mayor chose not to run again in this municipal election, meaning there will be new people in the seats, though for some of them, it’s a homecoming.
Zig Mintha, the former Eganville Reeve and former Bonnechere Valley mayor won a council seat, as did former Councillor Jack Roesner, along with Kayla Desjardins and Kimberly Lehman.
Murphy was acclaimed as mayor this past summer.
