You told me you opened Mattress World a few years ago after having started Furniture King in 2011. Why did you decide to expand?
What would you say was the biggest challenge that came with opening Mattress World while also operating Furniture King?
For people who already own small businesses in our area and are considering expanding in some way, what would you say is the most important thing to keep in mind?
Mattress World and Furniture King are right next to each other and right near another local business, Custom Draperies, Blinds and Bedding. How has being clustered together like that helped both Furniture King and Mattress World succeed?
