Pembroke Street West between Victoria and Albert streets will be closed to traffic overnight Thursday as the City of Pembroke carries out sewer service repairs.
The closure will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, and is expected to remain in place until 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 4.
Only emergency vehicles and local traffic will be permitted through the area.
The city is advising drivers to follow posted construction signs, expect delays and use alternate routes where possible.
Officials apologized for any inconvenience to residents and businesses while the infrastructure work is completed.
