The Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation has added Patti Bromley to its board of directors for a three-year term.
Bromley brings years of experience volunteering with the foundation, including as a member of the Black & White Gala Committee. The foundation says that work helped her develop experience in collaboration, strategic thinking and community engagement.
Although new to board governance, Bromley says she is looking forward to contributing to the foundation’s fundraising efforts and supporting health care close to home.
The foundation’s board is made up of volunteer members who provide governance and strategic direction while contributing their time and professional expertise.
Bromley joins Chair Lisa Edmonds, co-chair Melissa Carroll-Dubeau, treasurer Rod Sinclair and directors Sabine Mersmann, Andre Mickovitch, Dr. Fred Matzinger and Marsha Hawthorne.
The foundation also thanked outgoing board member Terry Lussier, who completed his second term. During his time on the board, Lussier helped update policies and procedures and revise the foundation’s bylaws.
The foundation says Lussier’s work helped support its goal of ensuring comprehensive health care remains available close to home.
