Two Pembroke streets are closed to through traffic Friday as the city carries out infrastructure repairs.
Julien Street is closed between Horace Street and Norman Street, while Norman Street is closed between Julien Street and Thompson Street.
The closures are in effect Aug. 14 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Only emergency vehicles and local traffic will be permitted in the affected areas, with detours in place.
The City of Pembroke is asking motorists to follow posted signs and use caution while travelling through the area.
The city says the closures are necessary as it continues work to improve local infrastructure.
