A Royal Canadian Air Force CH-147F Chinook helicopter will fly over the Beachburg Fairgrounds on Thursday evening as part of celebrations marking the 170th Annual Beachburg Fair.
The flypast is scheduled for about 7 p.m. EDT, with the aircraft maintaining a minimum altitude of 500 feet above the highest obstacle along its route.
Residents may notice increased aircraft noise during the operation. The military says all flights are carefully planned and monitored for safety, with the flypast dependent on weather and flying conditions.
