Residents and visitors are being invited to take part in a free outdoor yoga program along the Ottawa River this summer.
Yoga in the Park, led by White Pine Yoga, is held every Wednesday from 6 to 7 p.m. and runs through Aug. 26. Organizers say the program is open to participants of all ages and skill levels, offering an opportunity to relax and stay active in a scenic riverside setting.
The classes take place amid gardens maintained by the local horticultural society and encourage participants to bring a yoga mat and comfortable clothing.
Monetary and non-perishable food donations for St. Joseph’s Food Bank are also being accepted during each session.
