The second iteration of a now-annual event celebrating Laurentian Valley is set to hit the township this weekend.
According to Community Development Officer Chris Neff, the second-ever I Love LV Community Fair is happening on Saturday, June 20th.
Neff says the event began last year as a special one-off for the township’s 25th anniversary, showing off everything Laurentian Valley has to offer.
The fair is “all free, all LV” according to Neff, who adds that local businesses and organizations are partnering to host it at no cost to residents.
Other attractions include an array of lawn games, the business showcase and live music. Neff also says the event will run rain or shine, although there will be more seating this year for attendees.
According to Neff, the event is also free for businesses to participate in, and spots are still available for any Laurentian Valley based companies that want to be featured.
The event will run from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 460 Witt Road.
