Motorists travelling through Petawawa can expect delays Friday as road repair work is carried out at the intersection of Petawawa Boulevard and Bert Street.
The Town of Petawawa says contractors will be on site beginning at approximately 7 a.m. to complete repairs on Petawawa Boulevard, also known as County Road 51.
Lane restrictions will be in effect throughout the work period, with delays expected for drivers passing through the area.
The work is scheduled to continue until approximately 4 p.m.
Residents and motorists are advised to plan ahead, allow extra travel time and use caution when travelling through the construction zone.
The town has not indicated whether detours will be required during the repairs.
