A staffer with the City of Pembroke says the 2026 Community Expo was a huge success.
Elijah McKeown, who was one of several city staff members in attendance at the annual event, described it as “incredible” as its second day was winding to a close on the afternoon of Saturday, May 9th.
The expo, which began on Friday, May 8th at 4:00 p.m., had hundreds of attendees across both days, with staff members describing it as one of the biggest expos ever held in the community.
McKeown said the event featured something for everybody from all walks of life in Pembroke.
In addition to the various vendors that packed the halls of the Pembroke Memorial Centre, other attractions at the Community Expo included a petting zoo, rock climbing wall, face painting, craft tables and more.
