Police in eastern Ontario are investigating a break and enter at a home in Pembroke that resulted in the theft of cash and jewelry.
The Upper Ottawa Valley detachment of the OPP says the incident occurred overnight between April 28 and 29 on Cecelia Street. Officers report that suspect or suspects entered the residence and took Canadian and U.S. currency, along with gold and silver coins and various pieces of jewelry.
The OPP’s forensic identification services unit is assisting with the investigation. Police are asking anyone with information to contact the Upper Ottawa Valley OPP or Pembroke/Renfrew County Crime Stoppers.
