Residents are being invited to take part in two spring events at Petawawa Heritage Village aimed at bringing the community together while supporting local history.
A spring clean-up day is set for May 2, encouraging volunteers to help prepare the grounds for the season. Community members are encouraged bring a friend, get involved, and enjoy a morning of community spirit while supporting the upkeep of a valued historic site. Volunteers of all ages are welcome to take part between 10am and 12pm.
On May 23rd, enjoy a traditional village breakfast of pancakes and sausages, freshly prepared on site in a historic setting. This family-friendly fundraiser provides an opportunity to share a meal while helping support the preservation of local heritage. The event runs from 9AM to 12PM
The events are designed to promote heritage awareness and community involvement. For more information, visit https://petawawaheritagevillage.com.
