Residents are being asked to avoid using sports fields across the City for the time being to help prevent damage while seasonal maintenance continues.
Parks staff say they are working to prepare facilities for the upcoming summer season and ensure fields are in good condition for public use.
All parks are scheduled to open on May 15, 2026.
