Members of the Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police have laid charges following several traffic complaints in Petawawa.
On Jan. 18, Alan Diduch, 44, was charged with impaired driving by drugs and failure to comply with a demand. On Jan. 24, Kyle Rinas, 26, and Girard Kelly, 67, were charged with impaired driving and exceeding the 80 mg alcohol limit.
All three had their licences suspended for 90 days. Two vehicles were towed and impounded for 14 days. Diduch is scheduled to appear in Pembroke court Feb. 17, while Rinas and Kelly will appear Feb. 24.
