A proposed 48-unit residential development is moving into the municipal review process after a site plan application was submitted to the City of Pembroke.
Foley Development Group has applied to develop Timberline Estates at 350 International Drive. The project would be built by Done-Right Construction & Renovations Inc., a Pembroke-based company with more than 16 years of experience in multi-family construction in the Ottawa Valley.
According to the application, the development is planned as a mix of market-rate, affordable and accessible housing units, aimed at addressing a range of local housing needs.
“This submission represents an important first step in the planning process,” Malcolm Foley, president of Foley Development Group, said in a statement. He said the company is focused on site planning, design and working through the city’s approval process.
Foley Development Group is led by Malcolm Foley and his son, Cole Foley. The company has completed several residential projects in the region, including Pinnacle Landing in Petawawa, Riverwood Residences and Evergreen at Townline in Pembroke, as well as multiple multi-family renovation and redevelopment projects.
Cole Foley said the project emphasizes local involvement, noting the role of area trades and partners in bringing developments to completion.
The site plan application will now be reviewed by the City of Pembroke as part of its standard planning and approval process.
