Members of the OPP East Region Community Street Crime Unit executed multiple search warrants on December 4th, with support from the OPP Emergency Response Team, Canine Unit, and officers from the Pembroke Detachment.
Police seized roughly 55 grams of suspected cocaine, hydromorphone tablets and pills, and other items associated with drug-trafficking activity.
A 45-year-old Pembroke resident is charged with two counts of possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, and two counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
A 50-year-old from Petawawa and a 38-year-old from Pembroke each face charges of possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking and failing to comply with a probation order.

A 43-year-old from Petawawa and a 28-year-old from Pembroke each face one count of possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking.
Three of the accused remain in custody. The others were released and are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke at a later date.
