The Grind Pembroke announced on February 24th, that an agreement in principle has been reached to purchase 273 Victoria Street.
In The Grinds media release, “The purchase is still being finalized, while the Grind works closely with City officials to complete the details of the deal”.
While the announcement is a positive step for the organization, The Grind is still awaiting feedback from town officials. As the deal progresses, the City of Pembroke’s official stance and comments are expected to be shared.
