The Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) Detachment has charged a Petawawa resident following an investigation into an indecent exposure incident in the town.
On the morning of July 20, 2024, police received reports of an individual exposing themselves within view of a park area in Petawawa.
Following the investigation, 50-year-old Bart David Macintosh of Petawawa has been charged with one count of indecent exposure to a person under 16 years of age.
He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on September 9, 2024.
