A number of homes remain without power and damage is still being cleared from a suppertime storm that raged through Renfrew County and surrounding area last night. Large and medium-sized trees were down in a number of areas and some minor damage to homes was reported. Parts of Pembroke also saw periods of heavy hail. As of this morning, Hydro One is reporting dozens of small power outages across the Ottawa Valley. At this point, crews expect to have everyone back online between 11am and 2pm today. All weather warnings for the region have now been lifted.
