The second edition of the “Farms Open” event is coming up Sunday September 24th.
It runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Farms Open is a presentation of the Ottawa Valley Food Cooperative, in collaboration with the MRC Pontiac, the Renfrew County Economic Development and The Co-operators.
There are eight farms featured in Renfrew County, with four added this year in the “Picturesque Pontiac”.
The dozen are situated from Chalk River to Golden Lake in Renfrew County, and from Bristol to Isle-aux-Allumettes in MRC Pontiac.
Discover the diversity of products that flourish in our region, from medicinal herbs to Christmas tree production, vegetable and flower seeds, baked goods, egg production, preserves, marinades, and more!
