A traffic stop in North Algona Wilberforce has led to drunk driving charges for one driver.
Officers with Killaloe OPP caught up with the car in question along Highway 60 at around 6:30PM on Sunday, February 25th.
After testing the 37-year-old driver from North Algona Wilberforce at the scene and the detachment, police would charge them with both drunk driving and driving with a blood alcohol concentration over 80 milligrams per 100 milliliters.
The driver is set appear for a court date in Killaloe on April 12th. Meanwhile, their car was impounded and their license was suspended for 90 days.
