Emergency departments in hospitals across the province are seeing higher than normal wait times and Pembroke Regional is no different. Dr. Tom Hurley, Chief of Staff at PRH says there are a number of factors that play into that.
He also tells myFM that patients with minor illnesses should still seek out the RCVTAC.
The Chief of Staff at PRH goes on that more patients are seeking in person medical care coming out of the pandemic. He also says that staff ask for understanding.
