Downtown Pembroke has three locations where pop-up patios have been set up.
Work installing the new patios got underway last week according to Bethea Summers, the manager of the Pembroke Business Improvement Area.
The three pop-up patio locations have been established in the downtown core.
Summers says going forward the patios will be set up from May long weekend to Thanksgiving and come down to facilitate snow removal in the winter months.
The locations for the pop-up patios are along Victoria Street, Albert Street, and Pembroke Street West.
