There’s a Strawberry Festival being hosted this weekend at the Champlain Trail Museum and Pioneer Village in Pembroke. The event runs from 12:00pm to 4:00pm on Sunday, June 26th.
Museum Director and Curator Angela Siebarth tells myFM they’ve been hosting Strawberry Social events for roughly 40-years. She says this is the first time they’ve transitioned to a festival with more for families to enjoy.
The Strawberry Festival at the museum and pioneer village in Pembroke will have a classic car show, a bouncy castle, a photo booth with live entertainment and a variety of kids games.
Those who attend will also have strawberries, cake and ice-cream. The cost to attend is $12, $10 for members or $5 for kids 12 and under.
