UPDATE: OPP INVESTIGATION CONFIRMS NO COLLISION OCCURED
Further investigation has determined that the pedestrian fell and was not struck by a motor vehicle. The OPP would like thank the members of the public who came forward to assist with this investigation.
Police are reaching out to the public for help identifying a driver and vehicle after a pedestrian was struck by a car in Pembroke.
The Upper Ottawa Valley OPP says the collision took place around 6:30pm on May 12th when a pedestrian on the street was struck by a car in the 900 block of Lea Street in Pembroke.
A 33-year-old pedestrian sustained minor injuries and was taken to hospital.
Officers have identified the possible vehicle involved as a dark coloured sedan with tinted windows.
