169 William Street in Pembroke, formally the home of the Pembroke Police Service will soon be turned into apartments. The building is owned by Sleepwell Property Management and the company says they are having a hard time filling their commercials spaces that they’ve renovated. The building will now be converted to house 12 apartments, with five of them being fully accessible. City council approved the plan as there was no opposition from area residents.
