Forging Forward Counselling Services are offering Pembroke teens a training course on managing daily stressors and navigating strong emotions.
Course facilitator Paige Schaefer says the twelve week course offers an in-depth look on several skills that will help teens aged 15 to 18 cope.
Schaefer adds that she hopes that those who go through the course will be better equipped to handle tough situations that life can bring.
Spaces are still available, put Schaefer says you shouldn’t wait to sign up as she expects interest in workshops like this will be high as COVID-19 restrictions begin to lift.
It all gets started April 5 at their Pembroke Business Centre location 224 Pembroke Street West.
