KI Canada is donating $5,000 to the Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation through the company’s employee-led KI Cares charitable giving program.
The donation will support the Foundation’s Together We Care Campaign, which is raising money to purchase priority medical equipment and technology for Pembroke Regional Hospital.
Foundation Executive Director Roger Martin said the contribution will help ensure the hospital has access to the tools needed to provide care close to home.
The donation was coordinated by KI Canada general manager Shawn Cybulski, who worked with the KI Cares charitable giving committee on the contribution.
The Foundation says KI Canada has supported local health care initiatives over the years and that the latest donation reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to the communities where its employees live and work.
Representatives from KI Canada recently joined Foundation members for a photo opportunity marking the contribution.
The Together We Care Campaign continues to raise funds for priority equipment needs at Pembroke Regional Hospital, with the goal of bringing advanced medical technology and improved patient care to the region.
