If you bought a cup of hot or cold coffee at Tim Horton’s today or you still plan to, you helped send a kid to camp.
Camp Day returned to Tim Hortons locations across the Ottawa Valley on Wednesday, July 15, with 100 per cent of the proceeds from every hot or iced coffee sold donated to Tim Hortons Foundation Camps.
Local underserved youth from communities across Renfrew County have the opportunity to attend camp each year thanks to the generosity of Tim Horton’s giving them the chance to achieve their full potential by building competence, confidence, character, caring and connection.
Pembroke Store Manager Lisa says that she is very proud to be a part of this special day year over year and know that so many kids will get an opportunity they might not otherwise get.
In addition to coffee purchases, customers are able to round up their orders to the nearest 10 cents through the Tim Hortons app or at the counter. A special thanks goes out to everyone who has already participated and to those who are still planning to head to Timmy’s all though today and this evening.
