Representatives from a local psychotherapy clinic say things have been running very smoothly at their brand new secondary office in Petawawa.
Forging Forward Counseling Services opened the new office on July 1st, moving much of its operations there while continuing to serve the nearby city of Pembroke through its existing location there.
Client Services Manager Rain Perry-Beaupre says the company’s team currently consists of eight psychotherapists and three administrative staffers.
According to Perry-Beaupre, a majority of Forging Forward’s clients come from the Petawawa area, which helped inform their decision to open a new office there.
Lisa Bowman, Forging Forward’s Clinical Director and Lead Counsellor, made the decision to open the new office to better serve that large Petawawa client base.
Perry-Beaupre says things have been running very well at the new location in the weeks since the move, which began during the last week of June.
