One of the most exciting events in Eganville last summer is back this weekend.
The North Algona Wilberforce Recreation Committee’s Tractor, Truck, and Lawn Tractor Pull returns to the Sno-Drifters racing oval this Saturday, June 27, with a brand new Demolition Derby event debuting alongside it on Sunday, June 28.
Organizer Kevin Clarke says the high-octane power on display at the event’s first-ever run last year left the audience in awe.
He adds that people have been buzzing to see what happens this year as some of the toughest haulers come to the heart of the Ottawa Valley to try an drag an intimidating load across the track.
Visitors can also take a break from the action to enjoy food and shopping at the on-site vendors market before finding one of the many great sightlines available thanks to the hard work of the committee. Clark says there are just a few things that guests will need to bring with them.
Both of this weekend’s events start at 1:00 pm on their respective days. Tickets are $25 per person for one day, or $40 for a weekend pass. Children 12 and under enter for free.
