Outdoor movie nights are set to return to Pembroke this summer as the city launches another season of Movie Night in the Park at the Riverwalk Amphitheatre.
The weekly series will run on Tuesday evenings at 9 p.m. from July 7 through Aug. 25, featuring a mix of recent releases, blockbuster films and family favourites shown on a large outdoor screen.
City officials say all films will carry G, PG or 14A ratings, offering entertainment suitable for a wide range of audiences. The ratings are provided through Consumer Protection BC.
Attendees are encouraged to bring monetary donations or non-perishable food items in support of St. Joseph’s Food Bank.
The city says residents are invited to bring blankets, snacks and friends for an evening under the stars. Information on movie selections, trailers and weather-related updates is available through the City of Pembroke’s website and social media channels.
