The Renfrew County Catholic District School Board has announced a series of leadership appointments for the 2026-27 school year, including new principal and vice-principal assignments across several schools.
Among the changes, Mandy Cotnam has been named acting vice-principal at Bishop Smith Catholic High School in Pembroke effective Sept. 1. Cotnam brings more than 25 years of experience with the board, including recent work in special education and school leadership roles.
Jane O’Gorman will assume the principal position at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School in Renfrew. Board officials say the appointments recognize the experience and dedication of educators who have served students and school communities throughout Renfrew County. Director of Education Mark Searson says the leadership team will continue to support student achievement and well-being in the years ahead.
