For nearly five years, a nonprofit organization has worked to help take in and care for dogs and cats of all kinds without people to advocate or care for them, regardless of their breed, medical history or behavioural issues. Today, Riverview Rescues operates a wide foster network with families across Renfrew County and several other nearby regions of eastern Ontario. We spoke today with their foster coordinator, Julie Wren, to learn more.
