A Renfrew mother is appealing to the public for information that could help an investigation into her son’s death nearly three years ago.
In a video shared by the OPP, Detective Sergeant Joe Limlaw describes the fatal 2023 shooting of 41-year-old Jonathan Logan at a home on Vimy Boulevard.
Investigators believe Jonathan was deliberately targeted and are confident that information from the public could help solve the case.
Jonathan’s mother, Catherine, urges the community to come forward to assist in tracking down the suspect, who remains at large.
The shooting remains an active investigation by the Renfrew OPP’s Crime Unit under the direction of the OPP’s Criminal Investigation Branch, in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Coroner, Ontario Forensic Pathology Service and other units.
