Parking at metered spaces in Pembroke is temporarily free as the city replaces its parking meters, officials say.
A three-hour parking limit is now in effect across all metered areas, regardless of whether a meter is currently installed.
The city says the transition is underway and expects all new meters to be in place by the end of May.
