The Ontario government is providing $230,700 through the Ontario Trillium Foundation’s Grow program to support the Ottawa Valley Community Arts Open Studio in Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke.
The funding will expand the ART Helps initiative, offering arts, nature, and connection-based programming to strengthen community wellbeing. The project will introduce new art forms, workshops, and partnerships, with programming set to launch later this year.
“OTF’s support will drive arts and culture in the Ottawa Valley, creating programming that strengthens community connections,” said MPP Billy Denault. Officials say Grow grants help non-profits across Ontario expand services that promote active, connected, and resilient communities.
