A new bookkeeping business has opened up in Pembroke.
A grand opening ceremony was held at City Hall on Wednesday, December 17th for Gord Does the Books, a business owned by Gordon Lutze-Wallace.
The announcement claims Lutze-Wallace brings years of experience across multiple industries, helping businesses manage financial challenges and maintain accurate records.
Lutze-Wallace explained in an interview that he moved to the area from Ottawa to start a family.
During his move, he heard from other people in his industry that there was a lack of bookkeeping businesses in the community, which gave him the idea to focus his business on that.
The business is currently run out of Lutze-Wallace’s house, although he’s open to the idea of opening a separate office in the future. However, with a new child on the way, it’s not in the cards any time soon.
Lutze-Wallace encouraged anyone interested in his services to visit his website to see testimonials from past clients.
