Echo Book Club: The group meets from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the Echo Centre, 30 Bell St., Eganville. Participants are invited to “come and tell us about a book you enjoyed.” A list of titles discussed can be emailed to attendees. Everyone is welcome, and a $2 drop-in fee to support the Centre is appreciated.
Free Suicide Prevention Workshop – If someone you care about is experiencing suicidal thoughts, this free workshop can help. Designed for participants 17+, it teaches how to identify signs of distress, open a supportive dialogue, and guide someone toward appropriate help.

Tai Chi Club – The Upper Ottawa Valley Tai Chi Club offers classes for all abilities in a welcoming, supportive environment. Everyone is invited to join and learn at their own pace. Beginner sessions run Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., while intermediate classes are held Thursdays at 9:30 a.m.
Log Cabin Quilters – The Pembroke Log Cabin Quilters meet monthly in the basement of 1163 Victoria Street, Petawawa, on the third Tuesday of each month. Everyone is welcome, from seasoned quilters to beginners. Social time runs from 6 to 7 p.m., followed by the meeting at 7 p.m.—come join us.
