A fire that began in a garage on the 400 block of Moffat street in Pembroke yesterday quickly spread to the main house just after 3:20 yesterday afternoon.
Pembroke Fire originally dispatched one truck to the scene before learning the fire had spread then it was all hands on deck.
Upon arrival PFD noted that the rear of the home and several vehicles were engulfed in flames – fortunately no one was injured in the blaze. The amount of damage and the cause of the fire are under investigation.
