The Upper Ottawa Valley Tai Chi Club welcomes participants of all skill levels to enjoy classes in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Learn at your own pace with beginner sessions every Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., and intermediate classes on Thursdays at 9:30 a.m.
Classes are held at the Zion Lutheran Church event hall, 454 Miller Street, Pembroke. A one-time $20 membership covers all club events, while weekly classes and workshops are $25/month.
