Pembroke’s Fire Department is warning residents and visitors to avoid Town Line Road as crews respond to an ongoing situation.
Eyewitness reports suggest that firefighters were sent to a section of Town Line Road between River Road and Mackay Street after a gas line was struck just before 11:00 am on Monday, September 22nd.
Nearby residents have been evacuated from their homes as a precaution as the fire department asks people to steer clear while emergency responders work to secure the area.
