Please join us Friday September 19, 2025, when the Pembroke Business Improvement Area (PBIA) and the City of Pembroke welcome and celebrate the opening of The Portal Pilates at their grand opening celebration, at 143 Pembroke St W (inside The Mews).
The event will include an official ribbon-cutting ceremony, studio tours, and Reformer class demonstrations, giving guests the chance to experience this unique style of Pilates firsthand. Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet the instructors, enjoy light refreshments, and take advantage of exclusive grand opening promotions.
The studio is focused entirely on Reformer Pilates — a powerful, low-impact workout that strengthens the body, improves posture, and enhances mobility. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or an experienced mover, their classes are designed to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and more confident.
With only 8 reformers, the intimate space offers small-group classes focused on personalized instruction, mindful movement, and building real strength. This location is the sister studio to their original Petawawa space.
