The Town of Petawawa Economic Development Department is inviting local business owners, community partners, and stakeholders to attend its third Business Connects networking event of the year. The event will be held on Thursday, June 26 at Dog House Brewing Company, located at 3067 Petawawa Boulevard, Unit #1.
The morning event will begin at 8:30 a.m. with networking and light refreshments. At 9:00 a.m., a presentation will share the results from the Business Retention and Expansion (BR+E) surveys conducted between January and April 2025.
A total of 51 local businesses participated in the BR+E program, offering valuable insights into the current business environment in Petawawa. The feedback gathered will help shape the Town’s next Economic Action Strategy, aiming to support and grow the local economy.
“This is a unique opportunity to connect with fellow business leaders, hear directly from our local business community, and see how this input will guide future planning and economic initiatives,” said Christine Mitchell, Economic Development Manager for the Town of Petawawa.
The event is free to attend, but registration is required to assist with catering arrangements. Attendees can register online at: Business Connects – BR&E Results Networking Breakfast Tickets, Thu, 26 Jun 2025 at 8:30 AM | Eventbrite
