The Emergency and Protective Services United Event or ESPU is returning for the second year in a row and promises to be even more fun than last year’s inaugural event.
September 13th is the date at Stafford Park in Pembroke and is hosted by Laurentian Valley as well as a handful of other local businesses.
Organizer Sheena Lubitz, Executive Admin/Donation Coordinator tells myFM what this unique late summer event promises:
Last year’s show was such a great success that many participants lobbied hard for a return this year and its a really great opportunity for the whole family to come out and cheer on their favorite team! The event is in support of a handful of local charities which makes it all the more worthwhile for folks to attend:
All kinds of activities are going to available, especially for kids where there will be a bouncy castle and an obstacle course among many other fun things to do. For the grownups there is a silent auction/raffle as well as lots of tasty food and drink for all.
The event kicks off at 10AM and Sheena says that you should check out their social media page for more info:
Special thanks goes out the sponsors who include Century 12 Aspire Realty Limited, Laurentian Valley, Ry-J’s, The Alice General Store, Valley Tent and Party Rentals and Precision Textiles.
See you in September!
