Flightline is a virtual dart simulation facility.
Petawawa is blooming this spring, not just with flowers, but with exciting new businesses. On Friday, May 23, Mayor Gary Serviss, Deputy Mayor Theresa Sabourin, and Councillors James Carmody and Lisa Coutu attended a series of grand openings across town, celebrating local entrepreneurs and community growth.
One of the newest additions is Flightline, a virtual dart simulation facility now open in the Bridgeway Mall at 3469 Petawawa Boulevard. Owned by Cassidy Ozimek-Hardie, Flightline brings a fresh take on the classic game of darts. Using digital screens and interactive games, players enjoy a fast-paced, high-tech social experience. It’s fun, competitive, and a great new entertainment option for residents and visitors alike.
Another new addition is located at 2991 Petawawa Boulevard inside the Ultramar gas station, Eva’s Café is serving up delicious Hungarian and Polish dishes. Run by Eva and Sandor Kiss, the café offers popular items like schnitzel, perogies, desserts, and fresh coffee. With take-out options also available, Eva’s Café brings authentic European tastes to the heart of Petawawa.
The Portal – Wellness, Fitness, and Community Hub formerly known as The Urban Collective Wellness Lounge. The Portal at 3227 Petawawa Boulevard has officially rebranded and reopened with a focus on inclusive wellness. The studio offers Pilates reformer classes, yoga, spa treatments, a float tub, sauna, and a skincare boutique. It also provides unique wellness services and community programs. This fall, The Portal will launch its own Pilates instructor certification program, expanding opportunities for fitness professionals in the region.
These new openings show Petawawa’s growing business community and commitment to health, culture, and local entertainment. Residents are encouraged to support these businesses and enjoy everything they have to offer.
